Hello all. My apologies for sending the newsletter request to the membership instead of the board, but, well, it's actually a good thing because ANYONE can submit something to be included in the newsletter! So, feel free to send me any interesting and pertinent news that you would like to see pop up in the next edition! On another note, now that the holidays are behind us, and I do hope it was great, please be thinking about what you plan to do with gifts you may have received that were just not a good fit (not meant literally!) We are always looking for SILENT AUCTION items for Conference fundraiser in April! More requests and info will go out later but now is the time to consider regifting by donating to the auction! The money we make goes into a scholarship fund called the Jerry Ellis PD fund for staff! (More on that in the newsletter), or to other initiatives earmarked by the board. I will be making a list of the items and donors so feel free to contact me anytime and I will include your items. We concentrate on the arts, jewelry and accessories, decorative, vintage and fun items. If you have attended the auctions in the past, you get it. If not, feel free to run items by me! Not looking for institution bling, old dusty items from your attic or basement, or half eaten huge holiday tins of popcorn! Questions? feel free to reach out.
