Hello NEOA Board of Directors,
I appreciate your patience as I put together the agenda for our first
meeting happening next Thursday & Friday in Hampton, NH. Please note we
will start at 1pm on Thursday. The agenda is attached (and will look a tad
different to some seasoned members :)). The Zoom link is also on there.

*A couple important announcements: *

Location: Ashworth By The Sea https://www.ashworthhotel.com/. I have
made reservations, everyone who is staying over has their own room.

Membership: Please make sure your membership fee
https://www.neoaonline.org/m_main.phpis paid by Thursday next week so you
can vote at the board meeting on Friday.

Mileage: Round trip mileage is covered: non-carpool rate: .575/mile,
carpool rate: .625/mile. Forms will be available.

Meals: Lunch is on your own Thursday, but there will be lite snacks,
coffee, tea, water. Dinner is off site Thursday Night
https://www.seaglassoceanside.com/ (thanks, Randy!). Breakfast and lunch
will be onsite Friday. The provided meals are covered by NEOA, any alcohol
(should you choose to partake) is covered by the individual.

Board Reports: For those who are new to the board these are simple
documents that align with our Strategic Plan and typically submitted prior
to the meeting through a platform called 'Box Drive'. Do not worry about
completing these prior to our meeting next week. Rick Williams, Strategic
Planning Chair, will give a brief overview of this form on Thursday to
provide more guidance for the future. Instead, I ask that you come with
your goals/timeline for the year and be prepared to share those out on
Friday. Returning board members-feel free to use the board report if you
would like.

*Box Drive: *Casey Henderson, Technology Chair, will give instructions for
how to access the Box Drive next week as well.

I think that's it. Thank you for reading and please let me know if you have
any questions.
Best,
Lindsay

Good morning NEOA board members,
It’s been wonderful seeing some of you at the COE conference.
Reverting to days of yore (pre Covid) I am eager to resume baking for our board meetings. Let me know if you have any special cookie/dessert requests.
For everyone at COE, safe travels home.
Regards,
Mona
