Hello NEOA board, Thank you for the thoughtful discussion about the election process yesterday. After reflecting on that, speaking with our President and President-elect and for ease, voting will be done electronically. I have created a google form that can go out to membership Friday morning and b/c our bylaws indicate that voting takes place during the delegate assembly, I have noted that votes received with a timestamp after the meeting ends will not be counted. We also need to ensure everyone who votes is a paid member so I am asking for the names, however the only people who will see the votes other than me are those I had asked to do the counting: Brian Post, Rick Williams, Stephanie Cruz, and Sarah Morrell.
