Good afternoon all,
As you all know our COE 42nd Annual Conference will be here in just a few weeks ( September 10-13 Washington, DC) Please see email below in regard to State Association auction items and how to donate. I'm looking forward to seeing many of you there - Rob
It is hard to believe that our Annual Conference is less than a month away! I know that you have very busy schedules within your programs as well as in your role as a Regional President. However, I am hoping you can dedicate a little time to help us make this year’s online and silent auctions the best yet!!
You will find a flyer attached outlining key information. Not only will this flyer assist you with preparing your regional items for the online auction, but it would also be helpful if you could share it with the leadership in each of your states and encourage them to submit items for the silent auction. Item descriptions can be entered using the QR Code on the flyer or by going to the following link: https://bit.ly/23COEAuctionItems
Here are some key reminders regarding auction item submissions:
Regions:
- Please note that Regional Association auction items should be valued at a minimum of $250.
- Items donated by Regional Associations will be featured in the online auction for the COE Annual Conference. Please keep this in mind when choosing items as you will need to ship the items at the expense of the association directly to the online auction winner.
States:
- Please note that State Association auction items should be valued at a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $249.
- Items donated by State Associations will be on display for the in-person auction at the COE Annual Conference. Please keep this in mind when choosing items as you will need to travel with items and the winner may need to transport the items back to their home locations via air travel.
Deadline to Submit Item Descriptions:
August 25, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. ET
If you have any questions regarding auction item submissions, please feel free to reach out to me or Chris George (chris.george@kctcs.edumailto:chris.george@kctcs.edu).
I look forward to seeing how creative you will be with your submissions!!
Sincerely,
Angie
