Hello NEOA board,
I know we are headed into a vacation week (for some), but I'm hopeful there
will be enough board members available to meet virtually on Wednesday, Feb
28 at 12pm so we can have a discussion and vote on whether to hire Castro
Collaborative to facilitate our DEI work as a board and with membership.
Mona, Kevin, Arielle and I met with them a couple of weeks ago and are
really hopeful to work with them (and they with us). This is timely because
they would be looking to facilitate our first meeting in early March and
also attend our annual conference. I have attached their presentation to
this email for you to review prior to the meeting and the zoom log on
information is below. Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a

to Boston with 40 UB'ers tomorrow and probably won't make the meeting, but
