---------- Forwarded message ---------

Good afternoon,

I would first like to thank Josh Gagnon and Casey Henderson for providing
NEOA with the availability to run an online election with 36% of our
eligible membership voting.

Running for the position of NEOA President-Elect requires courage,
determination, and a genuine desire to serve, and both candidates
exemplified these qualities.

While only one candidate can emerge victorious, it is important to
recognize and appreciate the efforts of all who participated in this
democratic process. Your contributions have undoubtedly strengthened the
foundation of our organization.

With great pleasure, I am thrilled to announce that Arielle Derival has
been elected as our NEOA President-Elect for the term 2024-2025. Ariel’s
vision, experience, and dedication to our mission make them an exceptional
choice for this vital role, and we look forward to their leadership.

Once again, thank you to both candidates for your commitment to our
organization and your willingness to serve.

Congratulations, President-Elect Arielle Derival we eagerly anticipate the
positive impact you will undoubtedly make during your tenure.

In addition:

Mara Luna of Puerto Rico will serve as the COE board chair for 2024 - 2025
AND
Jeff Kahlden of Texas will serve as COE board chair for 2025-2026

Thank you, it's been a pleasure to serve.
