Hello 2023-2024 NEOA Board,
I hope this email finds you well. For those who ran summer programs, I hope
they went smoothly and you are catching up on some much deserved rest; and
for those who didn't, I hope the summer and the work you did went well.

I will be sending out a more 'formal' welcome to the board in the coming
weeks, but it occurred to me last night when I couldn't sleep and was
running through the list of things I needed to do that some of you may not
have the dates or locations for the upcoming board meetings and I wanted to
get those to you ASAP. They are:
o Sept 21 & 22: Ashworth by the Sea
o November 16 & 17: UMass Lowell
o January 11 & 12: Springfield (TRIO Day hotel)
o April 9: Burlington, VT
o June 6 & 7: Doubletree Nashua

Additionally, I will be sending a google form out by the first of September
to collect information of who will be in person/online, food restrictions,
etc. as well as an agenda for our first meeting.

In the meantime, please reach out with any questions. I look forward to
seeing you all in September!

Just clarifying the dates for NEOA. I had a previous email from you saying our April meeting was on the 2nd but then the 9th was listed on this email. Did the conference dates change? Can you clarify which April meeting is correct?
