Dear NEOA Board,

Hope you are doing well. Hope you had time to unwind, and that some of you are enjoying your Spring Break week!!

I want to extend a thank you for all your hard work and dedication to making the NEOA Conference a success! Heather, your leadership in organizing such a wonderful event truly stood out - I've heard nothing but positive feedback! From registration to dinner, the awards, social media, technology, the business meeting, silent auction, and workshops, the panel-every detail reflected your care and the collective effort of this amazing board. I can't wait to see what the media team is able to compile for us!

Thank you to each of you who played a role in making this conference meaningful and memorable. I'm proud to work alongside such a passionate and hardworking group of folks!

I want to echo what Brian, Yar, and others have said. I think things came off as well as they did in particular due to Heather’s fantastic leadership in conference planning as well as or perhaps because of the leadership from Yara. If only Mother Nature had complied - but then again, ya’ll are from New England so it weas typical weather for most and an improvement for some.

Arielle and Jordan have huge shoes to fill but I am eagerly looking forward to Mystic, April 2026. Happy 50th NEOA.
