Good morning board members, Below is the Harvard implicit bias "test" that I discussed at our last board meeting. Participating in this test is optional, but I enjoyed participating in the test and seeing my results at the conclusion. If you are interested in having a conversation about your results and/or the test itself, I will host a drop-in zoom session for next Friday March 7th from 10:00 - 11:00. Hi Mona and my fellow board members,

Thank you for sharing the Harvard implicit bias test. I took the test and found it to be an insightful experience. I would love the opportunity to discuss our collective results and reflections with the board as a whole, as I believe it could lead to meaningful dialogue.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the drop-in Zoom session on Friday, March 7th, due to a scheduling conflict with another meeting related to NECHE planning. As Salem State is in the midst of preparing its reaccreditation report, my participation in this meeting is necessary.

I appreciate the opportunity to engage in this important conversation and look forward to discussing it further at our next board meeting!
