I hope this email finds you well and healthy. I had an awesome time at the
MEOA conference in the Cape last week and look forward to going to the
remaining conferences in NEOA.
Believe it or not, but our November meeting is sneaking up on us and I must
give the Chateau Merrimack Resort and Spa a head count by Monday, Oct. 16.

*A few key things to note: *
-This is a relocation from our original booking due to the housing crisis
in Lowell; which means there are fewer rooms. If you are able to room with
someone, it would be greatly appreciated. Based on how many are in-person,
I will do my best to give each person their own room.
-We do have a food and beverage minimum for this location and let me tell
you, their food costs are high!! I'm working with my contact at this
location and will update you with the plan, but as of right now I am
planning: dinner offsite on Thursday, big breakfast buffet Friday morning
and then lunch would be on your own. I will ask for pitchers of water for
Thursday and Friday.
