start. I have set up the 2024-2025 NEOA Board of Directors listserv. The
address of the list is "neoaboard@lists.maine.edu". Let me know if you have
trouble sending or receiving listserv messages, and please note that by
default, message replies will go to the entire list. If you are new to the
board, or returning after a break, we also have an NEOA Board cloud storage
system called Box Drive that we use for storing board reports and other
board documents. If you need access to the Box Drive, you can sign up for a
free account here:

Just click Sign Up under the free option. Once you're signed up, send me
the email address you used for your Box account, and I will add you to the
Box Drive. You can access the documents via the Box website or by
downloading the app onto your device. Feel free to contact me if you need
help. I have created folders for this year's board meeting reports. You
will find these folders under Board Meetings > 2024-2025. There is one
folder for each meeting. There are a variety of other folders for various
committees and event planning, etc.

I have also reset the NEOA membership database for this year. As a
reminder, if you are serving on the board in a voting position, you must be
a paid member in order to vote at board meetings. You can renew your
membership (or join if you are not a member) here:

I am still working on some updates to the NEOA website, such as the
calendar of events and the board contact information page. I expect to have
