Hello NEOA board, Happy New Year. I hope this email finds you well and healthy. I am well, but my family is definitely not healthy. COVID has hit us hard, but my hope is we will be 100% by next week. I will have an agenda for you all by Friday this week, but I wanted to also put a call out for nominations for our annual awards (you can find the descriptions here.) <https://www.neoaonline.org/a_awardwinners.php> My understanding is there is no 'formal' nomination process other than the person who is making the nomination to provide a letter of support to the NEOA President to consider and share with the board. I have received one for the Claiborne Pell award and will put that into a folder in the Box Drive for the board to review. If any of you have a nomination you would like to send to me, I ask that I get it by next Tues. (1/9) to give board members time to read and consider it so we can make decisions at our meeting next week. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I am missing something in this process.
