HI everyone, Happy Monday! I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. At our November board meeting some folks mentioned they were having trouble receiving messages sent to the NEOA listserv. I have made a change to the listserv settings on our end of things in an attempt to solve the problem. I will keep an eye on things for the next few weeks and follow up with you to see if you're still having trouble. In particular, I will be interested to know if listserv messages are being sent to your spam folder or if they are not arriving at all.
