Hello NEOA board,
I hope you are all enjoying this Friday. I wanted to send a few reminders:

Please complete the survey that Castro Collaborative sent out by Sunday
evening. This will help guide our training with them on Tuesday.
Our meeting on Tuesday will be primarily the JEDI training with Castro
Collaborative. Please be ready to start this training at 1pm. Lunch is not
included, so please plan accordingly. The training will go until 5pm and
then you should have some time to check in before dinner at 6pm. Dinner
will be at the hotel.
The hotel is all sold out on April 8 for the eclipse, therefore it is
highly unlikely we will be able to check into our rooms before the usual
check in time.
I have been asked about board reports. If you have time to submit one
into the April folder, that would be great. This way if someone asks you
what you have been up to as a committee/position-you will have that
prepared. That said, we will not officially be reporting out as we do in
our other meetings.
I think that is all. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello NEOA board! I just wanted to share my experience with you regarding
the Castro survey if you haven't filled it out yet. I really enjoyed taking
the time to reflect on questions that I haven't really thought about in a
while or ever for that matter. It led me to process situations I have
encountered in different terms and from a personal as well as a
professional point of view.

I did put aside 30 minutes but took even longer to really think through how
as a board we can make big strides in what we do and how we do it . I am
really optimistic that if the facilitators have the time to read our
responses and prepare accordingly, this will be a fantastic and productive
opportunity for us as a board and for us all individually.

happen!
