Are you ready for the Annual Conference?

The 2025 Annual Conference is only 3 weeks away!

Just a quick reminder to complete your registration and book your hotel room!

The hotel block closes Wednesday, 3/26! There are plenty of rooms left in our block, but the rest of the hotel is booked! So please make your reservations as soon as possible.

Tips for Reserving Your Room:
By phone:
When calling in, guests must let the staff know that they are part of a rooming block. The code is NEO. Guests can call the admin that handles rooming block reservations, Kelly O'Brien, directly at 401-681-4723.

If guests are reserving online be sure to add the group code: NEO. Click on the Rate Preferences drop down, select "Group Rate" and enter the code.
