What are Bylaws? Bylaws are the rules and regulations that organizations such as NEOA utilize for internal management or guidance. They provide a framework for an organization to operate. Periodically, the association needs to review these rules to see if they are still relevant and current with the times. If changes are deemed necessary, they then must be approved by the members of the association to make it official. I've attached a copy of the updated NEOA Bylaws with the changes highlighted in red. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at any time. The amendments will be voted on for approval at the *NEOA Annual Business Meeting, which will occur at the 2024 NEOA Conference in Burlington, VT, April 10-12*.
