Hello all, I hope the sun is shining where you are like it is in VT! Before I head out to enjoy the warmth, I wanted to be sure to remind you all that we do have a NEOA Board meeting on April 9 (day before the conference starts). This is particularly an important meeting for a couple of reasons: 1. It is the day before the conference and we can address anything that arises (if not before then) 2. Castro Collaborative will be with us for our first DEI training and this will really be the focus of the meeting. The expectation as a board member is to be present at all board meetings and my hope is you all will be present at this one. I understand life happens, so please let me know if you cannot make it on 4/9. We will have a 12pm start and the plan is to end by 5pm. Dinner will be onsite at the hotel.
