Good afternoon NEOA Board members,
I hope that this email finds all of you well.
Please forgive my delay in providing the attached DEI survey results that we discussed and agreed to share at our last board meeting in January.
Please take the time to read and process the survey results and jot down any questions or concerns that you have that we can discuss when we meet in April (or sooner if requested). I am looking into finalizing a new DEI facilitator who can continue our work.
I am happy to meet with anyone who would like to review and discuss the survey results before the board is scheduled to meet again.
Be well,
Mona
