Good afternoon NEOA Board members,
I hope that this email finds all of you well.
Please forgive my delay in providing the attached DEI survey results that we discussed and agreed to share at our last board meeting in January.
Please take the time to read and process the survey results and jot down any questions or concerns that you have that we can discuss when we meet in April (or sooner if requested). I am looking into finalizing a new DEI facilitator who can continue our work.
I am happy to meet with anyone who would like to review and discuss the survey results before the board is scheduled to meet again.
Be well,
Mona

Hi Mona,
Thank you for sharing the DEI survey results with the NEOA Board. I appreciate your time and effort in compiling this information and facilitating our ongoing work as a committee. I will review the survey results and reflect on any questions or insights that may contribute to our discussion at the upcoming board meeting in April.
Thank you again for your leadership on this. I look forward to continuing this critical conversation and working together to advance our DEI goals!
Best,
Kevin 😊
