Hi Everyone, I was able to figure out how to send yesterday’s Conference Planning meeting as a calendar invite, but what I didn’t consider was that as everyone responded to accept/decline the invite, all of the responses ended up in my inbox 😱 After some research, I found that instead, you can email a calendar (.ics) file as an attachment. That way, you don’t get all of the accept/decline responses. I also found this website where you can add multiple events and export them as a single .ics file: https://ical.marudot.com/ I figured I’d pass this along in case any other committees are interested in doing this to promote their committee meetings on the listserv.
