Hi Yara,

Follow up on previous questions:

I'll email Bryan and Linda (and cc you) to see if we can find a time to touch base on the slides and make sure that they have everything they need
* I'll also talk to Bryan about a plan for someone to run slides. I'd also like to have someone tasked with sending pushout messages on REMIND as well.

"We also have AX throwing we can set up in a room"
* This sounds awesome! Can you give me more info on this so I can ask Ashley at the hotel. I'm thinking maybe we can set it up on the patio behind the Atrium for the hospitality game night

One new question:

As part of our contract, we have 1 complimentary one bedroom suite and 3 executive guestroom upgrades. Let me know who should be in these, so I can let the hotel know

As for the complimentary one bedroom and executive upgrades.... Give yourself one, and place the COE folks in the others.
* I think the one-bedroom suite is usually given to the person who hosts hospitability. But if we have a designated place for that, then give it to yourself. If the COE folks are getting the executive upgrades, then please just let me know so I know to not add them to the hotel list.
