Good Morning NEOA, TRIO Student Support Services at Eastern Maine Community College in Bangor is looking to hire a Recruitment & Retention Specialist. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. This position is split 50/50 between SSS and EMCC. The key SSS duties include supervising 3-4 TRIO tutors, spearheading our 1-week summer bridge program in mid-August, and handling the intake and onboarding of new TRIO participants. The EMCC portion of the job involves the supervision of non-TRIO tutors, including work-study and professional non-TRIO tutors. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so the position will be open until filled. Only a bachelor's degree is required to qualify.
