Hi all,

I hope this email finds you well, and I hope your fall semester is off to a
good start. It's that time of year again, and I am recruiting volunteers
for the NEOA Technology Committee. I'm looking for 3-5 additional
volunteers. We will meet about once every 6-8 weeks for 30-60 minutes on
Zoom, and keep in touch via email between meetings. We do not meet in the
summer, due to UB summer programming and summer vacations and that sort of
thing. Our work this year will involve helping with the planning and
execution of TRIO Day (which will be held in New Hampshire in February) and
the NEOA annual conference (which takes place in Rhode Island in April). We
will also continue working on my transition plan to step down from my role
on the board (my last day of service will be 8/31/2026). This year we are
migrating the website to a new platform and coming up with a plan for a
new membership and event registration system, which I hope to implement
with the launch of the new website during my last year as technology chair.

If you're interested in serving on the tech committee, just drop me an
email and I will add you to the list. Thank you.
