To make hotel reservations for your program, the lead chaperone should reach out to Kristen Try via email: ktry@colwenhotels.com. Please reach out with the number of rooms your program will need, dates of travel, and the number of students and staff attending TRIO Day. Kristen will follow up with a Credit Card Authorization form, and your rooms will be reserved under your program name.
