Hey all,

Good to see most of you at our recent board meeting in Tyngsboro.

Here is a reminder, if you have not done so, to send me a reimbursement form for your mileage if you attended in person. For those of you who completed one, checks will go out tomorrow unless you hear from me. You can find this form (an Excel spreadsheet) in several places in the Box drive-the Board Meeting Folder, the 2023-2024 folder within that folder, and the folder for the month of the meeting within that folder. It is also in the Financial Documents folder. Before each meeting I make sure the current one is in those places. I just updated them again. Some things to note:

  • Please use this current reimbursement form for your mileage reimbursement request and be sure to note your start and end points.
  • It does the math for you, so be sure you don't delete the formulas. Just enter your miles, and tolls if that applies (you don't need a receipt for tolls unless they are $50 or more-let's hope that never happens good god).
  • Please do not use the old Word version of the form.
  • Please use this form for all reimbursement requests (including things such as Policy Seminar and if you request reimbursement for things like Trio Day or conference expenses).
  • Most importantly, please save a copy of the form before making any changes. You can make changes if you are logged into Box, but the next person will then see what you entered and have to change it.

Bottom line, this form is designed to be simple and to be used for all expenses. I have tried to make it easy to find but there are still older, varying version of reimbursement request forms out there. If you have one, pitch it.

Thanks for helping me make this treasurer role interesting and fun.

It is also in the Financial Documents folder. Before each meeting I make sure the current one is in those places. I just updated them again. Some things to note: * Please use this current reimbursement form for your mileage reimbursement request and be sure to note your start and end points. * It does the math for you, so be sure you don't delete the formulas. Just enter your miles, and tolls if that applies (you don't need a receipt for tolls unless they are $50 or more-let's hope that never happens good god). * Please do not use the old Word version of the form. * Please use this form for all reimbursement requests (including things such as Policy Seminar and if you request reimbursement for things like Trio Day or conference expenses). * Most importantly, please save a copy of the form before making any changes. This got buried and I am just doing it now. Check will go out to you today.

Thanks for pointing out my phone number. A couple numbers were transposed and it has been that way for a long time!

Hi Beagle,

I am attaching my expense form super late.  In the box drive someone messed the form up.  I hope I did the math correctly!

Thanks and I also left you a cell phone message as the number under your name does not work!

Thanks,

Hey all,

Good to see most of you at our recent board meeting in Tyngsboro.

Here is a reminder, if you have not done so, to send me a reimbursement form for your mileage if you attended in person. For those of you who completed one, checks will go out tomorrow unless you hear from me. You can find this form (an Excel spreadsheet) in several places in the Box drive—the Board Meeting Folder, the 2023-2024 folder within that folder, and the folder for the month of the meeting within that folder. It is also in the Financial Documents folder. Before each meeting I make sure the current one is in those places. I just updated them again. Some things to note:

  • Please use this current reimbursement form for your mileage reimbursement request and be sure to note your start and end points.
  • It does the math for you, so be sure you don’t delete the formulas. Just enter your miles, and tolls if that applies (you don’t need a receipt for tolls unless they are $50 or more—let’s hope that never happens good god).
