Hello all,
I am very excited to see you all on Thursday this week (either in-person or
online). Ashworth By The Sea https://www.ashworthhotel.com/ is a great
hotel, right on the beach and the weather is supposed to be awesome. I hope
we can enjoy some of it, but we do have work to do!! A few
reminders/announcements:
-Please review the June minutes, agenda, & proposed budget prior to the
meeting. The June minutes, agenda and proposed budget are attached to this
email (and in the Box Drive). Only those who were at the June meeting will
be able to vote on those minutes.
-If you are unfamiliar with the NEOA mission, vision & by-laws please
review those which can be found on our website
https://www.neoaonline.org/index.php.
-Our dinner location has changed to Old Salt & Lamies Inn in Hampton
https://www.oldsaltnh.com/. I think we will be able to eat outside!
Thanks to Randy for organizing this!! Reminder, individuals are responsible
for their alcohol, but NEOA will cover dinner.
-If you are no longer able to attend in person, please let me know ASAP so
I can cancel your room.
-COVID is on the rise, but we will not be requiring masks for this meeting.
However, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do! And if you
are sick, please stay home!
-Did I mention the beach is right across the street from the hotel? Bring
your bathing suit if you choose!
Meeting starts at 1pm on Thursday-see you then and safe travels or logging
on to Zoom :)
Best,
Lindsay
