Hi Yara,
Just wanted to let you know that I, unfortunately, have been sick this week
and am planning to join in virtually tomorrow and Friday. 😕 I was hoping
to have turned the corner on this by now in order to make the trip, but I’m
still coughing a lot and feel I’m likely still contagious.

I’m a little nervous about being able to hear everyone well and take the
minutes over Zoom, but I’ll do my best!

I also wanted to let you know that I will be unable to take the minutes for
the January meeting, as Brian, Rick and I will be away at a TRIO Training
in FL that day. Hoping I can ask someone else on the Board who’s planning
to be at the January meeting, to fill in for me… Let me know if you have
any suggestions.

Maybe we can add Read.ai to the zoom meeting; it will provide a transcript and a summary. Then Julie will have a back up to refer to after the meeting.

I believe Casey, there is a way to turn on closed captions and save the transcript. That will help with keeping a record for the note taker. You might have to set that up first in the zoom account.
